Presentation of results for the second quarter of 2018

On July 27, at 9:00 a.m., at the BS Auditorium in Madrid, the presentation will take place of results corresponding to the second quarter of 2018. First, it will have place the presentation aimed at investors and analysts, and then, as it comes being usual, the presentation to the press.

The presentation to investors and analysts will be carried out by Jaime Guardiola,
CEO and Tomàs Varela, CEO and CFO, accompanied by Cecilia Romero, Head
of Investor Relations. In the presentation of results to the press, Mr. Guardiola
and Mr. Varela were accompanied by Gabriel Martínez Rafael, director of
Communication and Director of Institutional Relations of Banco Sabadell.
