Since its creation in 2010, Sabadell Consulting has been a key player in supporting the growth of Banco Sabadell, actively participating in the group’s main transformation processes.

The main objectives are the execution of strategic and transversal projects and the recruitment and development of talent for the group.

We are currently a team of ∼30 consultants trained in the best business and engineering schools and with previous experience in leading consulting firms.

WORKING MODEL >

Sabadell Consulting’s working model allows us to offer Banco Sabadell the solutions it needs and provides you with a global and transversal vision of the organization, boosting your learning. How we do it:

  • Project-based organisation under the supervision of the manager and together with the other units of the group.
  • Opportunity to participate in several projects simultaneously and in different fields.
  • The duration is varied and can range from 1 month to a maximum of 1 year.
